He explains that after several years in various departments at Bosch Energy and Building Solutions as well as Bosch Mobility, where he gained experience with start-ups, he was looking for a challenge beyond corporate structures. A lucky coincidence brought him the opportunity to join Susteco. 👥What makes working with his colleagues at Susteco special, is the truly customer centric approach. The diverse experiences within the team create a melting pot of creativity and expertise, making everyday work a continuous learning journey and bringing the team closer to their goal of creating real impact. 💡When asked what appeals most to him about making the real estate industry more digital and sustainable Leonard emphasizes that there is simply no other option. Compared to mobility, real estate often flies under the radar for not being sustainable, which is not true. Operation of buildings has a share of over 17%* of global greenhouse gas emissions according to IPCC. Working towards improvement in this regard is great motivation for his daily job. 🚀The biggest challenge according to Leonard is that the various generations and versions of building equipment make connecting each building to the platform challenging but also very interesting. 🙌Leonard would 100% always choose to work in the office. "Even though the team is very experienced and work well remotely, collaboration and productivity are just on a different level when people meet in the office." How to attract talented individuals and engage them in creating innovative solutions for the future of us all? 🤔 We found the answer for the cleantech giant Hitachi Zosen Inova by developing a long-term employer branding strategy. This strategy included creating an Employee Value Proposition (EVP), redesigning the career page on the Profesia.sk portal, preparing a communication strategy, and launching brand awareness and recruitment campaigns across online and offline platforms.
