Hello everyone. Jamie Corbett here, Vice President for Coastal Construction here at Celine on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Today is an amazing milestone. We're celebrating our topping off party. Which is a major milestone for the team. Can't be more proud. Big shout out to all of them. East and South tower topped out completely as you can see behind me. The project is looking amazing glasses on its way to being completed in Bull Towers. You can see also see behind me this beautiful flying deck as we like to call it, which also has the feature. Pull on top of it. It's come out absolutely amazing. I think this building is going to be a very big landmark here at Fort Lauderdale Beach. Project is moving very well along. We're inside. Interior work is ongoing. Drywall finish, floor tile is getting ready to start. Very exciting. We're trying to keep up with schedule. We're also making sure that we don't sacrifice inequalities. Spent a lot of time getting to this point, a lot of meetings, a lot of coordination. We think we got a great handle on it and we're looking forward to the completion of the project. So hopefully see you guys soon and we'll talk soon. Thank you.
