📢 Another disappointment for the industry with the release of the #NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. 👎 With about two thirds of SIL Providers already running at a loss it’s more important than ever that business operations are optimised. Have you considered the following in regards to the changes: - working with the NDIA and Plan Managers to ensure all plans have been indexed correctly; - updating the Schedules of Support for all participants to reflect the indexation increase; - increase claiming to align with the indexation increase - this will be in place from 13 July; - communicating claim increases/indexation to stakeholders and including them in this process. The USCIS is currently selecting the H-1B cap lottery. T&R already has a 20% selection rate and we think the end result will be higher. Once the USCIS announces that the H-1B cap selection is done, we will review the selections and notify clients. Only after the selection is completed and announced by USCIS, we will we also notify any clients that were not selected. T&R will then start to finalize H-1B petitions for filing and set up consultations for any clients who were selected to review options. As we reported yesterday, USCIS released a notice indicating that it has determined the need to select additional registrations for the FY 2025 regular cap numerical allocation. The Service indicated they would conduct this second draw “soon” and notify prospective petitioners and their representatives of any additional selections via email notification. USCIS will also announce when the second round of selections has been completed. All registrations not selected during the initial registration period in March 2024 will automatically be considered in the second-round lottery – no further action is required by the petitioner or prospective beneficiary at this time. We will keep a close eye on the status of the lottery and notify clients of any additional selections as soon as we are informed of the results.
