You might think that the important part of this picture is the standing up that Ynes is doing… but to us at Connections… the important part is the Connection!! Ynes and I have got to know each other very well during her #conductiveeducation sessions. This strong relationship means that I know when is a good day to challenge Ynes, when she needs a more gentle approach, when my expectations can be raised, when she needs to be the person choosing what we do and so on.
