At Vyacomm Media Inc., we're deep into market research day in and day out. While we love diving into data, we also believe in mixing things up for a bit of fun. So, we recently decided to take a break from our usual routine and gather online for a lively trivia challenge! The Setup:  We split into teams and faced off with questions on a range of topics. From history to pop culture, there were questions that made us think, laugh, and even scratch our heads. Best Bits:  Discovering teammates who knew so much about so many random things. Fun debates on answers we weren't sure about. The shared joy of getting tough questions right. Why Trivia? It wasn't just about answers. It was about taking a break, learning fun facts about the world and our teammates, and just having a good time together. Looking Back: This fun activity reminded us of something important: At Vyacomm, while we love our work, we also value our bonds. Such breaks give us fresh energy and bring us closer as a team. What you see here is pretty obvious: a (almost frozen) team having fun during a team summit after days spent in meetings, team-building activities, and strategy planning. However, you cannot see what indeed makes this picture special: trust, collaboration, (emotional) intelligence, dedication, and transparency. These are values that every company claims to uphold, but very few practice daily. And yes, I must admit that I am partial because I love my job and my team, just like all of you, no matter where you work. #teambuilding, #novonesis

On August 16, 2023, I had the privilege and honour to share the stage with Vikram Kumar, Yashita Bansal, Senthil V. and John Walsh. It was part of a panel discussion mentored and moderated by Vikram and was on one of Incedo Inc.'s Eight Core Values: "One Global Team" on Values Day at Gurugram. I am incredibly grateful to Shathish Khanna Kumar for trusting me with this opportunity. John talked about being inclusive, Yashita talked about Non-Hierarchical, Senthil talked about Collaboration, and I spoke about being Fair and transparent. We prepared well for the event the week before, thanks to inputs from Shailaja Venkat Iyer and Vikram. We had a handful of dry runs and reviews. And to add the cherry on top was Nitin Seth's session before our panel discussion. He elaborated on Incedo's Eight Core Values. I resonated with his views on Integrity, the Pursuit of Excellence and Being Audacious. I love having a CEO and a colleague who reaffirms the ideas of holding the highest ethical standards, zero tolerance for breach of trust and a firm obligation to dissent. In addition to all the guidance from Vikram, John, and the Team, Nithin's session brought out the best in me when I talked about being Fair and Transparent.
