#Revitalization - the challenges to figure out all the MEP services within existing structure. Sketches on site and mark up on the actual wall and floor help us to understand how we can create a neat result with existing constraints. Being the architects with attention to details and patience, we work to ensure every small projects succeed with the most potentials. In this case, we flipped the male and female space in a public toilet to allow more space for barrier free access. It created a huge issue within a tight structure but we figure out in 3d and BIM on how to stack some services together. We want the public toilet to be accessible but they also need to be neat and easy to clean. My team will always get to a win-win solution. Avoid Obvious Architects

Should MEP Consultants be laying out 3D ductwork/piping when the ones who install it know how it should be fabricated on site?
