It was great to join Wouter Merkestein and Cristiano Coretti to review the product and our plans for growth. Laiout is a great tool, it uses #genai to help optimise floor layouts in minutes, not months. It gives occupiers, developers and architects more bandwidth to get on and design exceptional workplaces which exceed customer expectations. The tool can easily provide valuable metrics such as converting sq ft to number of desks in a space, cost, embodied carbon and space for expansion. Are any of my network still riding the high from conquering HYROX this weekend? This morning I've woken up still feeling brilliant - although the DOMS are setting in - from the exhilarating Hyrox challenge that took place in Glasgow. Reflecting on the early days of My Language Connection Ltd, during the intense startup phase, the gym became my second home to unwind and recharge. Despite leaving a lot of work days feeling like I had reached my maximum, I loved the high of exercise after a long challenging day and always arrived to push myself further in every workout. There are a lot of similarities with training and being an entrepreneur - the drive to push yourself, working to continuously improve and get better on every goal set. As our business has grown so has that competitive drive. Balancing business demands that come with growth, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, and evolving is a constant juggle - with personal goals sometimes not getting as much attention. Still, there's a lot of crossover with both and we truly went out there and gave it our all whilst having fun much like the ethos we have with the team at MLC. I'm thrilled to have crossed the finish line in a time of 1:30 at Hyrox in the women's doubles! #HyroxChallenge #EntrepreneurLife #CompetitiveSpirit #BusinessGrowth #TeamworkGoals
