🚀 I am thrilled to share that our latest publication, has just been released in the Journal of Business Strategy and the Environment! This work is especially significant to me as part CO-FRESH project, reflecting a joint effort between our co-author team: Maral Mahdad, Jos Bijman, Célia Cholez,Juan Carlos Pérez Mesa, and Cynthia Giagnocavo. You can access the article via this link:  https://lnkd.in/dBaP7V3u In this study, we examine:  🔍 The #microfoundations_of_dynamic_capabilities that support the scaling pathways of #sustainability_oriented_innovation #businessModels (SOI BMs) in #agri_food organizations.  🔍How these microfoundations work together to enable effective scaling across three pathways: #scaling_up, #scaling_out, and #scaling_deep. 📚 Key Contributions: 1)Integrative Conceptual Framework: ▪ Enables analyzing microfoundations of sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring dynamic capabilities, specific to each scaling pathway. ▪ Bridges organizational-level dynamic capabilities with wider systemic factors such as culture and policy. 2)Empirical Insights: ▪ Based on qualitative research through multi-case study interviews, we illustrated how organizations can acquire specific dynamic capabilities to advance their SOI processes and scale their BMs effectively. 🌟 Excited to announce that our project, "𝐀 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐬," has been 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐓𝐈𝐇-𝐈𝐨𝐓, 𝐈𝐈𝐓 𝐁𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐲! Out of 80+ submitted proposals, 23 finalists were shortlisted, and we are honored to be among the 7 projects selected for funding, announced during ATMAN 2.0, an event showcasing groundbreaking innovations in the Agritech domain, in the presence of Prof. Abhay Karandikar and other distinguished professors. The project focuses on developing a low-cost, energy-efficient system to monitor grains like maize, soybean, and wheat stored in jumbo or silo plastic bags. By leveraging sensor nodes and using 𝐋𝐨𝐑𝐚𝐖𝐀𝐍 for real-time remote monitoring, coupled with a user-friendly smartphone app, this initiative aims to revolutionize grain storage management, enhance quality control, and minimize losses. Thanks to our collaborators, colleagues, and dedicated students for their invaluable contributions and support in bringing this project to life. 🌾📡✨
