💡 #Diabetes is a hugely complex condition that can affect every organ in the human body. It requires 24/7 management on the part of the people living with it. 🌍Ensuring access to quality healthcare is crucial for optimal diabetes management. There exist, however, huge disparities across Europe in ensuring equal access to care for people living with diabetes (PwD). Not only does this increase the risk of complications, but it also creates vast social injustice. 💪 Strengthening #healthcare systems and addressing barriers hindering equal access to quality care are vital steps towards achieving health justice for all. Let's work together to bridge these gaps and ensure a healthier, more equitable future for everyone. #DayofSocialJustice
