How to seperate strong NdFeB Magnet? Neodymium magnets are exceptionally strong. If you’ve never handled them before, you will probably be surprised by how powerful these magnets can be. This is because neodymium magnets are the strongest type of permanent magnet in the world. In fact, they are far stronger than all other ceramic or alnico magnets of equal size – with a magnetic energy value as much as 18 times greater than these other magnets by volume and 12 times greater by mass. If you are going to be using strong magnets - the fastest, safest and easiest way to separate them is to use a splitter/separator tool. A magnet splitter/separator is typically made of wood, plastic or another nonferrous material. It works similar to a pez dispenser or guillotine. Modification of the open-cell foams using Sr was challenging due to the low cooling rates in block mold casting. In our DFG project, we successfully modified Al-7Si-Mg and Al-10Si-Mg alloys using Strontium. Introducing 400 ppm Sr improved the energy absorption properties and led to a uniform deformation of the foams. The paper is now online and has been published as open-access in the Journal of Alloys and Compounds (Q1). Wangling's F4BTM series laminates consist of fiberglass cloth, nano-ceramic fillers, and PTFE resin, and go through strict pressing procedures. They are based on the F4BM dielectric layer, with the addition of high dielectric and low loss nano-level ceramics, thereby achieving a higher dielectric constant, enhanced heat resistance, a lower thermal expansion coefficient, higher insulation resistance, and better thermal conductivity, while maintaining the characteristic of low loss. F4BTM and F4BTME have the same dielectric layer but utilize different copper foils: F4BTM is combined with ED copper foil, while F4BTME is paired with reverse-treated (RTF) copper foil, providing excellent PIM performance, more precise line control, and lower conductor loss.
