One of the most valuable lessons I learned from a public speaking coach was to be clear and concise when delivering a message. Don't oversimplify, but don't overeducate to the point of confusion and information overload. Ironically, the latter leads to LESS patient compliance, not more. Good educators share information. Good communicators simplify information.
