When it comes time to stock up on essential supplies for your kit, it is important to include a variety of non-perishable food items that meet the needs of everyone in your household. Need help getting ideas on what food to include? Here ⤵️ are some suggestions for you! Remember, keep dietary restrictions in mind for everyone in the home and regularly check your kit for expired items.
