A rapid test for beer gushing prediction Another great talk given by our R&D engineer Julien Billard at IFBM - Institut Français des Boissons de la Brasserie et de la Malterie 🎯How to quickly identify barley that will provoke beer gushing ? ✅Thanks to a new method developped at IFBM, based on ELISA test to target specific proteins 🔬Two targeted proteins are targeted which gives a detection accuracy of 89%. Not perfect but the result is obtained in 6 hours instead of 3 days !!
