Come sempre accade in queste situazioni, si arriva alla sera con mille spunti su cui lavorare e con l’impazienza di iniziare! Relatori importanti e giovani dottorandi hanno dato vita ad una giornata impegnativa e ricca di risultati. Qualche foto e qualche dato interessante dalla relazione (top!) del dr. L'#orzo rappresenta il 73% delle #emissioni dell'industria del #malto L'energia rappresenta il 18% delle emissioni dell'industria del malto, di cui il 2% per l'elettricità. Il trasporto del malto ai birrifici rappresenta il 7% delle emissioni. La #sostenibilità è uno dei temi caldi discussi durante questa giornata.
