It would be interesting to review this report in the backdrop of the WB Doing Business Report fiasco that was suspended due to analytical inaccuracies, as contested by some countries. Can the WB as an honest and objective broker and assessor tame the overreach of industrial policies and inefficient regulatory practices. This data driven approach is a better alternative to assess economies in terms of business facilitation and nurturing innovation friendly ecosystems!
