International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies - IFRC’s Post

The Palestine Red Crescent, in collaboration with the Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees and the Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children, has launched the first shelter camp for people with disabilities in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza. A dedicated Palestine Red Crescent team will oversee relief programs, healthcare, rehabilitation, and psychological support. This initiative is a beacon of hope, providing essential aid to people with disabilities amid the ongoing challenges in Gaza.

Building a shelter/camp is one thing. But make it accessible for disabled people is an amazing thing!
