We caught Greg Krasnov, CEO of Tonik speaking at Seamless Asia 2024 on digital banking. Apart from Greg's impeccable sense of humor, what stood out from the panel were the areas why digital banks like Tonik prevail over traditional banks. 1. Operational cost is much lower due to agile adoption of technologies. These savings are then passed on to the customers, offering more affordable products. 2. Credit scorecards can be derived for the unbanked population. This improves financial inclusion and can be life changing for some. 3. Seamless customer experience.
