Exceptional Report of Out put result of our one of ETP (GRANNUS ) .The plant is not based on Membrane but on SBR system.A plant of 100 kld runing in two time capacity .The best insight has that it has no post tertiary system

#ALMM Brace for impact. Post reimposition of ALMM, I was expecting the market to have module premia around 21-23 US cents per Wp. Today’s SECI result on domestically manufactured module discovered the price range around 27 US cents per Wp. If this is the new normal for PV price, we will not be competitive on green ammonia price in the global markets (need additional intervention), and DISCOMs to have power cost inflation.

How the #MBBR Process Works The MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) process involves relatively simple steps designed to maximize both aerobic and anaerobic processes. It provides adequate mixing to facilitate the growth of bacteria on the MBBR media. In the reactor, mechanical aerators stir the media, creating a low-shear environment that promotes biofilm development on the surface of the media. The biofilm's microorganisms then degrade organic matter and ammonia in the wastewater. The system also includes a settler to separate the MBBR media from the treated water, ensuring that only the cleaned water exits the system. This efficient and effective process enhances overall water quality and treatment performance. #MBBR #MBBRprocess #wastewater #sewage #waterTreatment #aerobic #anaerobic #development

The #Pellet #Durability #Index (#PDI) is a measure of a pellet's resistance to breakage and degradation during handling, storage, and transportation. #PDI PDI measures the percentage of pellets that remain intact after tumbling, simulating real-world handling conditions. #Importance 1. Predicts pellet quality and stability. 2. Indicates potential fines generation during handling. 3. Affects feed efficiency and animal performance. 4. Influences storage and transportation costs. #PDI #Classification 1. Excellent: 95-100% 2. Good: 90-94% 3. Fair: 80-89% 4. Poor: <80% #Factors #Affecting #PDI 1. Ingredient quality and composition. 2. Moisture content. 3. Pelletizing temperature. 4. Die design and configuration. 5. Conditioning and steam addition. 6. Cooling and drying processes. #Testing #Methods 1. Tumbling Test (Holmen NHP100 or equivalent). 2. Pellet Durability Tester (PDT). #Industry #Standards 1. American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE). 2. International Organization for Standardization (ISO). 3. American Feed Industry Association (AFIA). #Improving #PDI 1. Optimize pelletizing conditions. 2. Use binding agents (e.g., lignosulfonate). 3. Adjust moisture levels. 4. Enhance cooling and drying efficiency. By monitoring and improving PDI, feed manufacturers can ensure high-quality pellets, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.

Thrilled to share this video highlighting EU's groundbreaking packaging waste reduction law, a significant contribution towards a greener future. #circulareconomy #WasteReduction #EUGreenDeal"
Big News from European Union! Today Ambassadors in the COREPER meeting unanimously (with two abstentions - Malta & Austria) supported the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation. This was a very crucial vote which brings us very much closer to a published regulation later this year. https://lnkd.in/dhrFpqJi

I visited etp plant of sugar factory. Observed and informed about the entire process stages of etp plant. Learned about the waste water coming out of the factory every day and its cod, bod and tss value. How is cod and bod value reduced in etp plant and understood the rules of mpcb in this regard... #etp #wastewatertreatment
