It's been a pleasure to experience more developmental-level interplay for all involved! The applying students show leadership by helping gather and distribute supplies and facilitating more meaningful conversations between seniors and younger students. Check out this "Look-up, Look-down" game from a recent visit. ย  We know that relationships are important for true learning, and we treasure our senior partners for their contributions to enriching the lives of our students!
