There are 800 reasons to celebrate as we’ve hit another major milestone in Europe. 🎉 We now have more than 800 open hotels across nearly 40 countries in Europe, with new properties and brand debuts to come. One of the key markets that has contributed to this growth is Portugal, where we recently raised a glass to 1,000 new rooms in the pipeline. 🥂 With the signings of nine hotels including Kimpton Lisbon, Hotel Indigo Faro, and Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties, Portugal continues to power ahead. Psst… Keep your eyes peeled for the openings of InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal in France and Verno House Vignette Collection in Budapest in the second half of 2024…

This place has roaches, dirty rooms, and poor customer service. I came on a busy weekend and checked in to a dirty room but was told that I could not have my room switched because they were sold out. I slept on the couch because it became clear my bed had been remade with the same dirty/used sheets and the next day I saw roaches in the room. When I spoke to the manager about it he became upset immediately and was rude and so was the front desk lady working with him. I requested a full refund for my stay (the night I stayed and the night I was supposed to stay prior to checking out early from the pests) the manager told me that I had to "pay for the day where you didn't see a each because how do we know it was there that day vs today." The partial refund he offered never even made it back on my card. Trying to get anything resolved with their call center was worse.
