An innovation community is a dedicated space for developing, examining, and implementing innovative ideas. It allows organizations to explore advanced technologies, develop new products and services, and improve existing processes. TASC Innovation Force consists of representatives from every team in the company, curious to explore the evolving world of AI and implement innovation in every aspect of our daily work. In community meetings, TASCers who are members experiment first with innovative AI tools, conduct learning and research sessions, develop creative ideas to improve work processes and projects, and implement AI usability across the company. Additionally, members present their innovations and research products every two weeks in company talks. This keeps the relevance in daily work and shares with the entire company. Day 4 at London Tech Week, this is what the CEO of Palqee had to say on stage! Sabrina P. was joined by Roxana Mohammadian-Molina, former Investment Banker and #tech investor, and Lisa Carter from Spotlight for a panel on "Lessons from women leaders in #AI" at Domino Data Lab's RevX side event. The panel was moderated by the brilliant Sarah Tijou, who asked Sabrina anything in particular Palqee is doing at the moment that she is proud of. I've been sitting with the results from the recently released World Commerce & Contracting survey report, "AI in Contracting: from Untapped Revolution to Emerging Revolution" (proudly sponsored by Icertis), and thinking of how it's matched with my experience and market observations over the last year. These two data points about #enthusiasm for AI match my conversations I am having with #legalprofessionals and #CCM professionals, across geographies and industries. ✅ GROWING PERSONAL ENTHUSIASM. Individuals recognize the numerous benefits delivered #ai and #genai in #contracting processes, as reflected in very high personal enthusiasm ratings (76% of respondents are personally #enthusiastic about AI, up from 36% in June '23); I count myself in that highly enthusiastic 76%! ✅ YET, ORGANIZATIONS EXPRESS CAUTIOUS OPTIMISM. Personal enthusiasm has outpaced organizational sentiment; organizational enthusiasm has grown, but cautiously (37% of respondents said that their orgs are enthusiastic, up from 26% in June '23). Here's where my observations and what's happening at Icertis differ from the survey data. Enthusiasm aside, who is actually putting AI to work in their CLM processes? According to "Implementing AI" data, a whopping 61% said that they are NOT implementing AI into their contracting process. This doesn't square with what we are experiencing-- our customers must fall into the 30% that have implemented or actively implementing AI.
