In honor of Women's Month, let's take a moment to recognize the strengths that women bring to the table. Women are loyal, nurturing, committed to seeing things through, and beyond resilient - we are anti-fragile. We might not be the table but we are a part of the table. In Mark 15 vs 40 - 41, you will see that women were the ones who stood by Jesus during his crucifixion, followed the process, and even took care of his body after he was buried. It's not a coincidence that women have been entrusted with such important roles throughout history. If you need something done and done well, assign it to a woman. (Just try it out) Granted, there are women and there are women (IYKYK) and most women have bought into the belief that they have to be like men in some way but the truth is we are all different and we have our strengths. Embrace your strengths and watch yourself blossom and excel. And let's not forget to provide opportunities for women to strive and grow. This Women's Month, let's inspire inclusion by treating everyone - especially women - with the respect and dignity they deserve. #inspireinclusion
