Some time ago, one of our customers went through a bigger #transformation . To support senior leaders, we offered an open invite 90 minute session called “Moments of Connection” – the simple idea was to give leaders an opportunity to connect, relate to each other, and share whatever was on their hearts and minds. Many more leaders than we anticipated took up this opportunity to exchange “human to human”, without a scripted agenda or outcome. One of the participants afterwards commented “Thank you for bringing humanity back into the workplace”. This was an inspiration for us to dive deeper into the importance of #humanconnection at the #workplace, and the role leaders play in creating it. Human connection is becoming even more important in the post corona environment, as we are witnessing increasing tendencies of people to “withdraw inside”.
