مجمع عمومی عادی سالیانه انجمن حرفهای روشنایی و نورپردازی در روز سه شنبه مورخ ۱۴۰۳/۳/۸ با حضور اکثر اعضا و نماینده اتاق بازرگانی با دستور جلسه زیر در محل سالن امینالضرب اتاق بازرگانی تهران تشکیل گردید: ۱- استماع گزارش مالی و اجرایی هیئت مدیره ۲- استماع گزارش بازرس ۳- تصویب گزارش عملکرد اجرایی، مالی و ترازنامه سال ۱۴۰۲ انجمن ۴- انتخاب روزنامه کثیرالانتشار ۵- تعیین ورودیه و حق عضویت سالیانه ۶- انتخاب اعضای اصلی و علیالبدل هیئت مدیره ۷- انتخاب بازرس اصلی و علیالبدل در پایان اعضا اصلی و علیالبدل هیئت مدیره و بازرسان به شرح زیر انتخاب گردیدند: آقایان حسین دهقان، علی قائمی، محمود کجوری، علی برنجکار، کاوه شهرام فر به عنوان اعضای اصلی و آقایان وحید علیپور و علی ابنالرضا به عنوان اعضا علیالبدل هیئت مدیره آقای امیرحسین بلوریان به عنوان بازرس اصلی و آقای هاتف گلشن به عنوان بازرس علیالبدل The Annual Ordinary General Assembly of the Lighting and Lighting Professional Association was held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, with the presence of most of the members and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, with the following agenda, in the Amin Al-Zarb hall of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce: 1- Listening to the financial and executive report of the board of directors 2- Listening to the inspector's report 3- Approving the executive, financial and balance sheet report for the year 1402 of the association 4- Choosing a public newspaper for announcments 5- Determining the entrance fee and annual membership fee 6- Selection of the main and substitute members of the board of directors 7- Choosing the main and substitute inspector At the end, the main and alternate members of the board of directors and inspectors were elected as follows: Mr. Hossein Dehqhan, Ali Qhaemi, Mahmoud Kojouri, Ali Berenjkar, Kaveh Shahram Far as the main members and Mr. Vahid Alipour and Ali Ebnoreza as substitute members of the board of directors.
