For employees, job hopping helps with career advancement as switching jobs can lead to quicker promotions. It can also help build a wider professional network, opening doors to future opportunities, and provides skill diversification due to the exposure of a variety of roles and challenges. The effects of job hopping on employers includes benefiting from the fresh perspectives and diverse experiences that job hoppers bring which fosters innovation and growth.
