Salary & Benefits: 💰 The cost of living has increased. A higher salary or better benefits package can significantly improve your quality of life. If you believe you're underpaid or that your current benefits are lacking, finding a new job with a better compensation package should be a priority. 3. Burnout: 🧯 Excessive workload and burnout can negatively impact your physical and mental health. If your current job is causing you too much stress, exhaustion, or health problems, switching to a more balanced role can be beneficial. Ask if folks would be willing to refer you considering your profile. If they say you might not be a good fit, ask what your profile lacks. Most of the times they would be willing to help. 4. If you don’t find a good response, apply to the position directly and move on. 5. You cannot just apply to 5 companies and hope to get a call from one. It’s somewhere still a numbers game. .NET 8 needs to be more acurate when you want to connect with databases. They should have taken into account all kinds of databases to work with. NET. I discovered too many errors. Maybe Microsoft should hire more testers for .NET 8 working with MySQL to get queries to work. I studied .NET in Germany, but they didn't have a clue why .NET gives sooooo many errors and only to find out why is a lot of work involved. I am dissapointet also with apps Germans use for banking and points in shops. I am an Accountant and am also dissapointet with the way ZeitFirma are doing their job. Lots of companies cheat their employees. Verdi and Igmetall are my best Partners in fighting against corruption in the field of work. I will work against them with all means and in Courts I will do my best to destroy corruption from Germany. Maybe the best way to do it will be to work in a Law company as programmer.
