It was my fifth time attending, and four of those as an organizer. One of this year's standout speakers was Brwa Abdulla Ahmed, a serial entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and a leader of his community. Traveling all the way from the Kurdistan Region in Iraq to Miltonalia, Brwa employs over 1,500 people across his six companies. His insightful presentation sparked numerous questions in the Q&A session, and we continued the conversation afterward, discussing business, art, and ideas. What is the most valuable lesson I learned from Brwa? The one that made him so successful in the market. Instead of focusing on accumulating money, find a deeper purpose that brings value to others. Live a life with significance. The moment you start having money, is the moment you'll realize its relative insignificance. So, what's your deeper purpose?
