Eric Samson, Microsoft expert for governance and regulations upon the data space and the Eclipse Dataspace Community (Eclipse Foundation), detailed the core IDSA's assets (rulebook, reference architecture, dataspace protocol, certifications) necessary for those who are eager to build a data space for their own company, explaining why data space needs to be open, operable, compliant with the regulations, and decentralised. Ariane Yonta IT Manager of Domina Next is participating, among others, as a consortium partner of the European project SM4RTENANCE (coordinated by Innovalia Association), to facilitate a neutral cross-sectorial data space for trusted data sharing within the manufacturing equipment industry.
