Issue details: - Issue volume: 1.5 billion yuan. - Bond tenure: 2 years. - Coupon rate: expected to be between 7.5–8% per annum. - Payment frequency: coupons are paid quarterly. - Amortisation: 50% scheduled one year after the issue begins. Thus, almost $210m, which can be used for expansions of operations or as working capital, for instance. Acron, as a company, is not explicitly banned from borrowing abroad, but its significant connections to sanctioned individuals, specifically its large shareholder Vyatcheslav Kantor, could complicate its ability to access international financial markets.
