Imagineer Development UK CIC & Support Brokerage Network’s Post

‘Coproduction’ is a bit of a buzz word at the moment. Lots of organisations are doing it as a bit of a ‘box-ticking’ exercise to meet contractual or regulatory requirements… …but what happens if you get together with others, actually listen to each other and share power together? Great stuff happens, that’s what! Check out the Coproduction page on our #bigpicture website to find out how we can support you and your organisation! https://buff.ly/3qpMLz4

Totally agree! Having Co-produced #SmallSupports projects in #lancashire and now #BlackCountry I am aware of the power of having all stakeholders in the room especially experts with lived experience assists in providing equity throughout the project and enriches conversations. In my experience the experts provide the ‘gold’ that runs throughout the work influencing, challenging and creating together! Do co-production well and you will learn and grow better services!
