More than Decade, Its 11-long years, Isn't an amazing feat🏆. As we are cherishing the 11th anniversary of LSIP and the 6th of Abha this year, I would take this opportunity to congratulate each one of you, without you guys, it would not have been possible.🌷👏 I would like to extend my thanks to the almighty, parents, family and friends, whose blessings and guidance have made us achieve this feat 🧜♂️ Most importantly my friends Mr. Rakesh Shahi, Mr. Saleem Akhter & Dr. Vipin for being there and guiding the team to reach heights.🏋️♂️ On this occasion, I would like to share 7 key learning from 11 Years of my experiences 1.Stay Humble- Respecting someone's individuality, recognizing their views, appreciating contributions. It has helped me build trust and relationships. 2.Hard times make you learn & strong- Hard times are normal, embrace it, Difficulties make you strong and prepared for the future, take it gracefully. 3.Continue investing in yourself- make mistakes, learn from them but do not repeat them. Also, it is a must to learn what to do and what not to do. 4.Customer experience is the key –What has helped me the most is understanding the needs of our customers, the unmet ones, their drivers, their decision-making factor and accordingly build products. 5.Talk less and speak more- helps you stay away from unproductive problems and align your focus and energy. 6.Be loyal & honest to only you- your principles and ethos, it is your values that will help you take actions aligned with business goals.Take pride in what you do, integrity for me has always been about doing the right thing without biases. 7.The team is the Key – invest in them. It is you who is responsible for building a highly motivated team that invests back into your business.
