Last weeks, I have been able to dive into the world of finding and understanding why we do what we do. So interesting! Bringing the value of finding the best candidates for our customers to build teams. This has given me many thoughts on how our minds set tricks to ourselves. Even though service delivery has been working for many years, it still must be developed and measured according to the changing market needs. This applies to our Supply Chain where we have successfully launched new customer promises ( Jobilla Apeldoorn and Helsinki ), improved our coaching and customer experience, etc. 😀💪 This is not a simple task for any team, progress is still on-going, as it is not always simple for our customers to challenge the status quo and understand the value a good candidate-based recruiting service can bring to the whole business. Or what do you think, what is the value of starting a recruitment campaign in 24 hours, first prequalified candidates arriving in the pipeline a few days after campaigns start, having the best candidates contacted and agreed upon the first meeting with the hiring manager, plus ensuring the candidate data swims automatically through integrations to company’s ATS -solution? It is a big sentence, but so is the value of the service. Too many times I have been a hiring manager and have only 2-3 candidates interested in the open position. 😀 There is so much cooking under the hood as many companies have great need for candidates, most of them are currently emplyed.
