Apple has quietly adopted #RCS (Rich Communication Services) in #iOS 18, allowing for seamless internet-based messaging between #iPhone and #Android users. This long-awaited update means you can now send high-resolution photos and videos, enjoy read receipts, and see typing indicators across platforms. But Apple’s announcement was so low-key, you might have missed it! Instead of celebrating this significant upgrade, Apple focused on the new #iMessage features like text formatting, improved Tapbacks, and scheduling texts. These are great, but only for iMessage users. Meanwhile, the real game-changer for everyone—RCS support—got a mere mention on their preview page. For years, Android users have dealt with blurry media from iPhones and begged friends to switch to third-party apps. Finally, with RCS, we can all exchange crisp, clear media without hassles. It’s a massive improvement, bridging the gap between iPhone and Android messaging. Even though Apple didn’t make a big deal out of it, we’re excited for this overdue upgrade. So, get ready for a smoother messaging experience with your iPhone friends! #DigitalPakistan #TechUpdate
