Visualizing a career path is not an exercise we usually do. But seeing the way Elena Verna did it is inspiring. It gives a zoom-out view of your career over the years, including all the ups and downs, pushing to ask yourself the burning questions: - "Is this the way I see myself growing in the next X years?" - "What am I really passionate about?" - "Is there another industry I would like to explore?" ...and many more. In the last close to 5 years, Elena shifted from full-time roles > solopreneur, working with some of the best tech companies out there. It's an amazing transformation, not just from having "the logos" in her portfolio, but more importantly, from being exposed to more "data points" at each company at a faster pace. This has allowed her ( in my opinion ) to refine and create more frameworks & insights for growth.

Every single person I meet within our companies is EAGER about: - Climbing up the career ladder 🌱 - Boosting their paycheck 💰 - Making a significant impact ✨ One of the joys of leading blue-collar businesses is truly understanding the unique strengths each team member brings to the table. It's an area many struggle with, but it's where I thrive. Just the other day, I had an inspiring chat with a service manager about a new role we're crafting. He's the ideal candidate. Why? I caught him right in his element, acknowledged his hard work, and sparked his enthusiasm for what's ahead. 🌟 Moral of the story? NEVER underestimate your team's ambition. Everyone wants to grow, earn more, and contribute in bigger ways. Let's ditch the stereotypes and start building roads to success for our teams. Their future is bright, and so is ours when we support their growth. 🚀 Remember, it's about creating opportunities, not assumptions.
