Anything is possible when you set your mind to it Today was a beautiful day, the sun was shining and the birds were singing. We decided to go for a 10k walk to Panshanger Park in Hertfordshire. As we started our walk, we were greeted by the sounds of wildlife. Sally and the dogs were excited to explore the park whilst we was enjoying the stunning scenery around us. The park was a beautiful place, with lots of lakes, meadows, and a large forest. It was amazing to see such natural beauty. The walk was not only enjoyable but also helped me stay active. I have been using a walking stick for a short while now and it has made such a huge difference to my mobility. I had to use it to cross some streams, navigate through some bushes and to stay grounded on unlevelled floor but it made the walk so much easier. Do you know how yo breath properly? Do you know how to breath when stressed, anxious, or angry to assist in shifting your state?
