Proud to announce my latest accomplishment! 🎉 I've successfully completed the Computational Neuroscience online course taught by Professor Rajesh P. N. Rao and Professor Adrienne Fairhall of the University of Washington. This course provided a deep dive into the computational principles underlying nervous system function. Through this program, I gained a solid understanding of neural representation, information processing in neural networks, and the algebraic and mathematical fundamentals behind learning algorithms. By completing projects like the one focused on analyzing electrophysiological data of simulated cricket neurons, I was able to apply these concepts to real-world examples and gain insights into biological functions. Another core aspect of the course was learning how to model neurons and understand their ability to replicate neuronal function with varying levels of fidelity. This knowledge is essential for developing accurate and biologically plausible neural network models. I'm eager to leverage my newfound skills in machine learning, artificial neural networks, reinforcement learning and data analysis to explore the fascinating field of neuroscience and contribute to advancements in understanding the brain. #ComputationalNeuroscience #MachineLearning #DeepLearning #ArtificialNeuronalNetworks #ReinforcementLearning #Neuroscience #Python #MATLAB #DataAnalysis #LinearAlgebra #ProbabilityAndStatistics #ComputationalBiology #BrainScience
