Honoring Signalman 2nd Class Joseph P. Feeney of USS Partridge Purple Heart recipient for his service during WWII towing Mulberries through the English Channel during the Normandy Invasion. The Partridge was sunk by a German E boat. A third of his shipmates were killed, a third injured (including my father), and a third not injured. May all the brave men and women who served and sacrificed be honored and remembered.💜

I am extremely grateful and thankful to have had the opportunity to assist numerous veterans (from WWI to Vietnam-era) in validating their requirement for this prestigious award.

My grandfather, Melvin Charles Bretz, was at Pearl Harbor when it was bombed. He inspired his son, my dad, to join the service. I’m proud of that legacy and grateful for their sacrifices.
