When it comes to content strategy, it's all too easy to try to make everything perfect and polished, but in a small business you have to prioritize. For a long time, I would agonize over making product videos and operational content because I wanted them to be PERFECT. But when our team started to get asked the same set of questions over, and over, and over, something shifted for me... I realized that our customers didn't care if a video was highly polished or perfected -- they just wanted to see how our product would work for them, and get their questions answered. At least for the time being, I've shifted my focus on making our PRODUCTS as perfect as they can be, and am just trying to get out as much video content as I can to answer our customers' questions before they even ask them. Here's one such video, which is pretty much just a rundown of everything that comes in the box of our Through Spindle Air and Through Spindle Coolant Grippers. #gimbelautomation #cnc #cncmachining #instamachinist #automation

Not since the invention of the printing press have we seen this level of growth in human communication The internet and the ease of access to equipment... have created a generational jump in video content. Don't get me wrong. There will always be a place for every type of content. Good content will always have a marketplace. But we’re seeing the video space grow faster than the other markets right now. And that speed of growth hasn't been seen since mass-produced books were first invented. Just think about that for a second. Instead of complaining ⇩ "I don't want to create video content, it's too hard and I hate being on camera" Look at this as an opportunity.
