We are #hiring Technical Program Manager (TPM) in Ridgeland, MS (onsite only). The ideal candidate need to be well versed with 3gpp standards and have a strong technical understanding of 5G networks in a multi vendor environment. This role requires expertise in subscriber provisioning and CDR reconciliation. The TPM will play a central role in coordinating and managing projects, driving vendors, hosting triage calls to ensure all teams are aligned and goals are met efficiently. Prior experience with HPE, Nokia or Amdocs is preferred. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 8 years in technical program management within the telecom industry, in a multi vendor environment. • Strong understanding of subscriber provisioning, CDR generation, Charging and Policy functions in 5G standalone networks. • Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional telecom projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Responsibilities: • Provide expert guidance on UDM, UDR, CHF, PCF, and Packet Core systems, ensuring best practices are followed in design, deployment, and management. • Lead end-to-end project management for telecom network services, including planning, execution, testing, monitoring, and closing. • Act as a central point of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration among engineering, operations, product management, and vendor teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. • Technical Certifications: Relevant technical certifications related to UDM, UDR, CHF, PCF, or Packet Core systems. • Vendor Experience: Direct experience working with HP, Amdocs, and Nokia telecom solutions.
