Job Description: Team/ Department: · Strategic Development - Comcast will purchase a business for an upcoming technology that will benefit the company; they grow the company. · MachineQ - IoT company; specialize in long range low power communications (sensors in coolers, on machines, etc - those that sends a little bit of date over long range). Day to Day: · Technical Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of this customer in post-installation phase. o In food safety - a customer needs temp monitored for food safety and compliance; this is now automated every 15 minutes vs. having a person read a temp manually. · Technology is already deployed - reinstalling if needed after renovations or if they relocate a store. · Track recent installations to ensure success. o Monitoring the new installs; each week get a list of requested sites to work from the customer, validate list; will put in an order to Comcast Business to get the kit shipped to the store, monitor the installation and ensure setup. o Also being there for the QC team after the install for any questions; then documenting completed installation. · Focus on reducing client billings by optimizing site visits. o Techs avg 4hrs/ visit – goal is to increase efficiency. Requirements · Project Management experience · An eye for Process improvement - someone with ideas on how to drive down the costs and increase the success rate; wants someone who can take a look at trending data to make these types of recommendations. · Strong attention to detail and can self-manage · Strong Excel (formulas, vlookup, index lookup) · Deployments and/or installations – understanding that process · Salesforce experience a plus · Jira experience a plus · IoT experience would be a plus but that piece can be trained indefinite need for this role
