How often do you check reviews? We bet any time you’re going to a new place or buying new things (most of them). The same applies to companies you get any kind of services from. For an IT company, there are two things that are a confirmation of high-quality services: 1. Feedback 2. Awards 🗣️First of all, of course, is the feedback. This is the one and only way to see if a company is good at its job. The reviews come from real clients who share their honest opinions about the quality of work and services, and sometimes some other aspects. The only thing here is to make sure the feedback comes from an actual client who worked with a company. There might be fake reviews, both good AND bad. 🏅Awards, on the other hand, are often based on the feedback too, but on the other criteria as well: projects & case studies, technical expertise & skills, industry standards, innovations, performance, etc. A company might get this one from Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork, and other similar platforms. Feedback & awards aren’t just benchmarks of good work but also affirmations of our effort. That’s why you usually see them on websites (including ours). So, we’ve decided to share some of them here, too⬇️ #feedback #award #quality #softwaredevelopmentcompany #incora

#SquirrlySEO #SQROAD Those who know me from my personal brand website and from the lessons I teach via Education Cloud PLUS by Squirrly and Startup Espresso Podcast already know I love software, and that I've been in love with software from an incredibly young age. But when doing these sorts of menial tasks, I can only say: I hate software. To have to go through the pains of migrating huge amounts of data, re-writing so much code and more: it's just painful. Why? - because nobody cares that you do all these enormous tasks. Users don't get any perceived value out of it. And for me personally: I also can't get excited about them, because they don't bring improvements to the output quality of each of these services. There are too many things that change from year to year when building software products, especially a product that's on such a large scale, and with so many connected services. Starbox PRO, Hide My WP and Squirrly Social don't even compare, for example. I love those products, but none of them will reach this level of complexity. However, before we do a public release and an official milestone of launching the best version of Squirrly SEO: Newton, all these things had to be taken care of. We can't invite people in for joining the Holistic SEO Revolution and then leaving them hanging because our services stop working one by one. As we've grown past the $4 Million USD mark, it was the perfect time to take care of all this. Can't expect much from the future, if you don't spend money where your mouth is. I'm happy we could do this and prepare everything for the next 12 years. This is not to say that we haven't made other updates come to life as well. It's just that we've spent over 5 months on these aspects. Most of our developers were engaged in that and also the outside help. A normal startup wouldn't have made it. Now, for the other updates: = 12.3.16 = Compatible with WP 6.42 Update - Add the option to select the label for the Keyword Research Update - Add the option to select the label for the Research > History Update - Add the option to select the label for the Research > Suggestion Update - GA properties to show only the domain mathing domains Update - SLA for Divi not to take the header and footer in LP optimization Fixed - SLA loading issue for Oxygen Builder Fixed - Stop loading any resource from Squirrly when Page builder in preview Fixed - Keyword Sync on Rankings Fixed - Bulk keyword deletion in Briefcase Fixed - Bulk label deletion in Briefcase

Here are some of the top soft skills I've observed to be useful: 🧠 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Just like seasoned sailors navigating uncharted waters, CRO specialists thrive when fueled by an insatiable curiosity and a commitment to perpetual learning. ⏰ 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Juggling multiple tasks and projects is common for a conversion rate specialist. Effective time management helps keep priorities in check and ensures timely delivery of results. 🗣️ 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data-driven insights requires clear communication. Strong interpersonal skills foster positive working relationships, leading to better results. 💡 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦-𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠: Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is all about analyzing data, identifying issues, and proposing solutions. A keen analytical mind and problem-solving skills are indispensable in this role. What soft skills have you found to be crucial for a conversion rate specialist? Input vs Output Goals When setting goals, always focus on input goals rather than output goals. Your goals should be centered on your actions, not the results they produce. For example, if you wish to read more, your goal should be to spend 30 minutes reading daily. This is an input goal. Setting a goal to read 50 books a year is an output goal. If you want to grow your business, don’t set a goal to reach 3,000 subscribers. Instead, aim to post useful content every day. If your aim is to get a new job, don't set a goal to land a job by the end of the year. Instead, set goals to spend six hours daily improving your skills and to send three pitches every day. Benefits of Input Goals 1. Output goals can easily wear you out, leaving you confused, tired, and unfocused. In contrast, input goals provide clarity on what you need to do each day, giving you a sense of control. Someone who aims to post useful content every day will feel fulfilled whenever they meet this goal. By the end of the year, they are likely to achieve the subscriber count they want. Meanwhile, someone focused on the output goal of reaching 3,000 subscribers might become frustrated when considering how far they still have to go. 2. Setting input goals makes it easier to have the pure intention of pleasing Allah. For example, if your goal is to become a haafidh this year, it's easy for the intention of riyaa to sneak in, but if your goal is just to show up everyday for 30 minutes, it becomes easier to see it as an act of ibaadah whether or not you're even progressing - the moment you show up, you know you're fulfiling your purpose and are happy with it. The noble Shaykh, Al-albaani, used to say, "the important thing is not to get to the destination, the important thing is to die while we are on the road to the destination." Therefore, focus on the actions you need to take daily, not the results. Concentrate on the input, and Allah will take care of the output. Focus on the output, and you may become too tired to perform the necessary input. LRH Sayf Network

🌟 Quality over Quantity: A Thoughtful Balance 🤔🚀 Hi, How is everyone doing today? Hope you enjoy your day! Today, let's explore the enduring mantra of "Quality over Quantity" that permeates various aspects of our personal and professional lives. 🛠️ The Mantra: "Quality over Quantity" is more than a catchy phrase; it's a guiding principle emphasizing the importance of excellence and substance over sheer volume or quantity. ✅ When It Rings True: There are instances where this motto stands as a beacon of wisdom. Think of a meticulously crafted project that surpasses expectations or a small, engaged audience that resonates deeply with your content. Examples: Content Creation: A single, well-researched article can have a more significant impact than a slew of hastily written blog posts. Team Collaboration: A small, dedicated team can often outperform a larger, less cohesive one in terms of innovation and efficiency. 🚫 When It's Not Absolute: However, like any principle, "Quality over Quantity" isn't an absolute truth. There are scenarios where quantity plays a vital role, especially in iterative processes, experimentation, or situations where a broad impact is needed. Examples: Innovation: In innovation, quantity often leads to breakthroughs. Think of Edison's countless attempts before inventing the light bulb. Content Reach: Sometimes, reaching a broad audience requires a consistent output of content, even if individual pieces are shorter. 💬 What's your take on "Quality over Quantity"? Have you found it to be a steadfast rule in your professional journey, or have there been moments where quantity played a crucial role? Share your experiences and opinions! Is there a specific project or area in your work where you find the "Quality over Quantity" principle to be a guiding force, or do you believe that sometimes, more is indeed more? Let's discuss! 🗣️🌐 #QualityOverQuantity #ProfessionalDevelopment #LinkedInDiscussion #BusinessInsights

Quantity vs. Quality: A False Contrast? We've all heard the age-old debate: focus on quantity or quality? But what if it's a false choice? In today's fast-paced world, the desire to have more is understandable. But churning out things without attention to detail can leave it unmemorable and ineffective. On the other hand, obsessive perfectionism can lead to stagnation and missed opportunities. So, where's the sweet spot? Here's a fresh perspective: 1. Know your customers: What resonates with them? Informative articles or engaging stories? Short bursts or in-depth analysis? Tailor your content accordingly. 2. Optimize for both: Find ways to improve efficiency while maintaining high standards. Consider templates, batch production, and feedback loops. 3. Focus on consistency: Regular, reliable output builds trust and engagement. Better a solid weekly post than a sporadic masterpiece. 4. Experiment and adapt: What works today might not tomorrow. Test, analyze, and adjust your approach based on results. Remember, it's not about quantity vs. quality, but about finding the right balance for your unique goals & Objectives. What are YOUR thoughts on this? Share your experiences in the comments! #quantity #firstpost #quality #contentcreation #productivity #linkedinlearning #careerdevelopment

Good is the enemy of great 🎯 OR Perfection is the enemy of good 🙊 Both of these catchy phrases have their fans, who are ready to adorn their walls with their favourite sayings. However, it doesn’t matter which of these quotes is objectively true. What matters is which one you can follow as you approach your most important goals. In some areas or stages of life, certain stories can help us, while in others, different ones will be more useful. I remember when the desire to do everything perfectly and “as best as possible” tripped me up more than once, starting and stopping writing on LinkedIn, building a product, or planning my training programs. In such cases, it truly feels like perfection hindered me from moving faster, testing more, and adapting more quickly. On the other hand, I also remember cases where high-quality standards brought the best results. For example, creating a long-term training program and investing time and energy led to exceeding the client’s expectations and continuing the cooperation in the following years. Or spending years developing complex artificial intelligence software, sometimes working 12-hour days, but deeply understanding the needs of a demanding client and surprising them with comprehensive insights and precise advice. So, while there isn’t a single correct answer, I invite you to explore. Which story would bring more benefits in your current life stage – is it better now to move faster and make more mistakes without being perfect, OR to push every drop of sweat and strive for great results? Everything has its time, so what is the time for now? #motivation #consulting #business

Helping YOU Sell & Gain With Your Stories | Brand Storyteller & Storyseller | 70+ Happy Clients Served.
Underrated benefit of failure: It's a stepping stone to success. Failure is often seen as something to avoid, but I’ve learned it can be (one of the most powerful teachers). In my work, I’ve faced my share of failures—projects that didn’t go as planned, strategies that didn’t yield results, and opportunities that slipped away. One experience stands out: In my early freelancing days, I didn’t meet a client’s expectations on the first submission. He wanted short, punchy one-liners, but I delivered impactful short stories instead. As a high achiever, this was a tough pill to swallow. But it forced me to re-evaluate my approach. Here’s what I learned: 💡Always schedule a meeting or Q&A session with clients to understand their preferences. Then gradually, educate them on the importance of trying out other content-writing approaches. 💡 (Tailor strategies) to meet client needs rather than assuming a one-size-fits-all approach. 💡Seek feedback and make necessary adjustments based on client input. (This experience reinforced) Resilience, adaptability, and the importance of continuous improvement. Your takeaways: ↳Embrace failure as a learning opportunity. ↳Each setback provides valuable insights that guide you toward better decisions and greater success. ↳Resilience and adaptability are key to turning failures into stepping stones. Do you have a lesson from a time when something didn’t go as expected? 👇🏾 Share your experiences in the comments! P.S: I help consumer businesses and personal brands sell and gain with their stories. Your Brand Story Godmother. #growth #overcomingchallenge #continuousimprovement #clientsuccess #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma #gainwithstories
