They’re also most inclined to implement new strategies and advancements. 🧘 Offering more flexible schedules (35%): With burnout becoming increasingly prevalent in the industry, nurses are taking steps to ensure they have work-life balance before moving into a new role. These strategies have vastly increased since last year showing their growing popularity among healthcare executives.
