We seek a Diligence Auditor for the United States- Remote position with 5+ years of experience who performs post-close quality control reviews on conventional, government, and non-conforming loan production. This role ensures compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements, the Veterans Administration (VA), the USDA, and private investors. The Diligence Auditor will also review re-verification documents to ensure consistency with the loan file documentation and identify any red flags indicating potential fraud or misrepresentation. Additionally, the role includes examining loans for federal and state compliance. This position is only open to the US residents.
