I am a seasoned social development practitioner with over two decades of diverse experience spanning public, private, NGO, and multinational banking sectors. Currently serving as a senior social development officer at the Asian Development Bank, I specialize in healthcare, education, local government, and disaster response initiatives. My proficiency encompasses project/program administration, procurement, contract management, community engagement, research, data analysis, development partner coordination, and policy formulation. Equipped with an MBA in Project Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Development, and a BA in Social Statistics, I bring a robust skill set to the table. Now, I am actively pursuing career opportunities within the Human and Social Development sector in New Zealand or the USA. While I've garnered positive feedback from many employers, the challenge lies in securing visa sponsorship to facilitate this transition. What are the possible strategies that I can tryout? Thanks
Question.....you mentioned about entrepreneurs.......when asked about why to leave what you are doing.....can you answer something like... I have built my skills and abilities in this industry as I did not have any beforehand and have always wanted an individual contributor role in a company likes yours and work on a team to showcase what I have gained and learned and look forward to starting with you in xyz position?
I have a T-cover letter that I use for companies that ask for them or have a way to send to them and it does not take me but 5 minutes to copy and paste and leave the paragraph language before the T and after the T. In the T, I use my qualifications and compare them to what they are looking for. Recruiters and hiring managers have commented on it that they loved it or it helped me to get the interview and again it has taken 5 minutes or less

Companies are now trying to use texts to communicate....so Are you ruled out if you do not check the box that asks if you are willing to receive texts about the job after applying? As a follow up, if dont respond to one that texts you after applying, what is your feeling on whether you might be ruled out?
