How do you get your resume in front of the HR manager for a remote role when they get 100s of resumes for each day that the job is posted online. it seems impossible

Please address ageism which I experience during the interview process, I don’t know how to overcome it since I am a mature/senior job seeker, thank you

I've been with the same company for 18 years. I've had significant growth in that time and have the opportunity to partner with several Fortune 500 companies during that time, but wonder if the longevity with my company is hurting me in the job market.

There are some things we can do to be proactive in helping to combat ageism. We can be supporters of and proponents of thought leadership related to the topic, open doors for others and share how / when and where mastery is the biggest WIN for a role or an organization. I am happy to help support others in this forum on the 'combating ageism' front too.
