If the gap exceeds 5cm, the robot will automatically determine that there are no PV panels ahead and will turn around. 👉In the past, the design of power plants did not consider the need for intelligent clean solutions, resulting in many maintenance passages and walkways. Every time the robot finishes cleaning one PV array, it requires manual assistance to move the robot to another array. This indeed wastes time and affects work efficiency. To solve this problem, it is simple to build bridges between the PV arrays to assist the robot in automatic acrossing. 👉What are the requirements for these bridges? 1)Where is the most efficient and cost-effective position to install the bridges? This requires obtaining the power plant layout design, and our professional engineers can design the bridge layout for you. 2)The material for the bridges can be cheap and durable plastic. 3)The color of the bridges should have a black base color, and with a white guiding line to assist the robot in automatic acrossing. Why do we need a white guiding line? As explained earlier, our robot needs visual perception of the white grid lines on the PV panel surface to move forward. The white guiding line on the bridges simulates the grid lines on the PV panels. 👉Once the bridges are built, the entire power plant's PV arrays become a unified area, and there is no longer a need for manual relocation of the robot. This greatly improves the cleaning efficiency.
