It's opposite to traditional advice of going to top colleges of India. Now, before you jump in comments section criticising me. Allow me to tell you. I am fully aware of what top colleges in India offer: + Vast Alumni Networks + Exposure to the world + Competent Fellows & more. But the sad truth is 99% of students won't get a chance to enter such great colleges 😔. Whenever I come across posts or videos singing the benefits of being at top colleges. It makes me feel bad about my current college, 😞 like I'm missing out on something. Which is True to some extent. Neither I nor any other person like me will get our hands on as many opportunities as you will. But that's totally fine🙂 I believe this tag of a top-tier college is just a badge showing thier competency and their ability to produce value in the economy.📊 & it's absence doesn't means they are not competent enough. what do you think students of non Elite colleges are competent enough ?

🎒 School for 14 years +🎓 college for 3 years equals 17 years of our lives! That's a lot of time and money💰 spent, right? But many of us still feel lost about what to do next. India has lots of young people, which is great, but it's worrying that so many of us finish school without a clear plan. What's up with our education? It's not matching up to our country's growth! 📈 Here's some of the major problems I identified in my journey: 1. We're stuck in old-school learning methods, which kills our creativity and problem-solving skills. 2. Everything revolves around exams, leaving little room for other important stuff like developing talents and skills. 3. Our classes don't always prepare us for what's really going on in the world. 4. Education quality is uneven, making it harder for everyone to succeed. 5. Success is boiled down to grades, ignoring different talents and strengths. 6. There aren't enough options for learning skills we actually need for jobs. So, what can we do? To top it up here's some solutions a parents and our education system should apply: 1. Mix things up with projects and hands-on learning. 2. Bring in more art and creativity to let everyone shine. 3. Update what we're learning to match the real world. 4. Make sure everyone gets a fair shot at a good education. 5. Celebrate all kinds of skills, not just academic ones. 6. Give more chances for job training and different career paths. I might be lucky enough to get these knowledge and ideas from my respectable professors in The Bhawanipur Education Society College. And soon or later would come up with something to solve this massive problem for youth. Got more ideas? Share them below! Let's talk about making things better #career #education #life #college

Is College Education in India Really Worth It? 🤔 After spending three years earning a BBA degree from Sharda University, I've been thinking a lot about whether college education in India really delivers what it promises. 🎓 We are told college degree is the key to a successful career, but the reality is often quite different. Many colleges are still stuck teaching outdated curricular that don't match the rapidly changing job market. Employers today want practical skills like social media management, content writing, and coding—skills that aren’t always taught in traditional college settings. I Don't remember a single lecture that I might've put to use in my practical life. Even after spending tonnes of money on my degree, I feel bhai yeh to bas ek piece of paper hai (seriously) I guess, we have to rethink about the education scenes of India, ya fir directly just look for lucrative options like Social Media Management, Content, How to talk, Sales, and even Coding amongst others. We will have a better chance to get hired, agar you learn a practical skill that's valid these days, rather than beating the bush around our college books. What do you think? Is a college degree still worth it, or are there better ways to prepare for the future? Let’s discuss! Many say our education system is bad. But I think more than education system our society and job sector are bad. 1. Children from the beginning are judged by marks. Marks don't define your future. Our parents, relatives, friends, society all judge you from school days only just seeing your marks. It results into underconfident youth. 2. Education is given so that you can be a better human being, but it is only used as a competition tool or comparison between two individuals. 2. Imagine a ten-year-old who has potential in content creation, sports, etc is being constantly hammered on marks. When you are underconfident you also lose your natural ability. 3. Then comes the Job sector. Education system is the production house which gives results as per requirements of job sector in India. Out job selection is paper based rather than skill based. What job sector wants- -High marks -Ranks -Elite colleges -They don't want skills or practical knowledge. Some are so bad that even after 15 years of hard-core practical knowledge skills they will ask your ranks, High Marks and Elite colleges. Here the youth processing the most relevant skills left behind because he doesn't have marks or high ranks and become more underconfident. Now you tell whom to blame? #india #digitalmarketing #innovation #money #investing #humanresources

What is the hotly debated topic in Jan/Feb every year ? No its not IPL. No its not politics. No its not movies. It's, what next after 10th Standard ? 20+ lakhs students, appear for 10th standard exams. But only <5% students have decided what to do next. Rest everyone will be in confusion to opt for science, commerce or arts. In India, majority following the old methodology of career choices based on the marks students secure. Good marks get into science, Average marks get into commerce, Least marks get into arts. There is a big lack of awareness of career choices among students and parents. No once cares about the students potential, they opt for courses based on some relative suggestion on scope in future. This is badly resulting on employability of a person and huge gap in demand and supply of talent. Its heigh time govt, corporates and school need to educate the parents and students regarding the career choices and benefits. Each students need to opt course based on his or her potential not based on marks or market scope. What do you say ? (btw did you choose course based on interest or recommendation ? ) #career #students #education
