Incredible Healing power of fasting of Ramadan beyond its religious significance Ramadan fasting, from dawn until sunset, presents a multitude of health benefits that extend beyond the spiritual realm. Here are some ways in which observing Ramadan can promote overall wellness: 1. Metabolic Health: Fasting during Ramadan can lead to improvements in metabolic health, including better blood sugar control, enhanced insulin sensitivity, and favorable changes in cholesterol levels. By promoting metabolic flexibility, fasting may help reduce the risk of metabolic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disorders. 2. Weight Management: The intermittent fasting pattern observed during Ramadan can facilitate weight loss and body fat reduction. By promoting calorie restriction and metabolic adaptations, fasting encourages a healthier body composition and supports weight management goals. 3. Mental Well-being: Ramadan fosters mindfulness, gratitude, and emotional resilience, contributing to enhanced mental well-being. The practice of self-discipline and reflection during fasting promotes inner peace, stress reduction, and a deeper connection with oneself and others. 4. Social Connection: Ramadan brings communities together, fostering a sense of solidarity, empathy, and social support. Sharing meals with family and friends during Iftar (breaking the fast) strengthens bonds and promotes social cohesion, which is essential for mental and emotional health. 5. Spiritual Fulfillment: While the health benefits of Ramadan fasting are significant, its primary purpose remains spiritual purification and devotion. Engaging in acts of worship, self-discipline, and charitable giving during Ramadan enriches the soul and nurtures a sense of purpose and fulfillment. As we observe Ramadan, let us embrace this sacred time as an opportunity to prioritize our health and well-being. By incorporating mindful eating, staying hydrated, engaging in physical activity, and nurturing our spiritual selves, we can reap the holistic benefits of Ramadan and embark on a journey towards greater health, happiness, and fulfillment. Vedic Astro Consultant, Writer, Drafting of Civilian and Welfare, Scientific Laws, Developer of NTCR Technologies to redesign the world under AI and Robotic Code
Through massive public participations, we need new Constitution of India in 2025 with simple and practical sections with 151 Articles and 21 Schedules to depict the Vedic India Information and it's cultural value to the Constitution of India. Without any written Constitution, the UK has been managed effectively based on its customs and we have a Constitution never give importance to our Ayurveda, Herbal Medicines, and Vedic books and also the Sages and Seers of India. The Constitution of India without cultivating the heritage of India will create maximum public looting in all areas as we have been experiencing through the modern medicines especially in Kerala. Our Constitution have lots of shortcomings in all areas and our legal administration is pathetic in the world and it has nil value for the common people as through the Constitution, it has failed to institute Social Security Pension too all as the concept of Universal Basic Pension Scheme. It shall be included in the Fundamental Rights. Our FRs are pure verbal diarrhea with nil use for the public as of today. The concept of We, the people of India, must happen in India instead of we, the bureaucratic terrorists in India, who caused extreme bad lucks to entire Industry Citizens since 1950 through nil quality public administration in all areas..

His personal narrative of overcoming health challenges through sheer determination and a disciplined lifestyle is not just inspiring; it's a testament to his resilience. 🌱💪 Anant's battle against health issues, culminating in a significant weight transformation, is a journey of self-discovery and steadfast perseverance. However, what truly sets him apart is how he channels his experiences into a larger cause - the welfare of wild animals. 🐅🍃 Launching 'Vantara,' a robust wildlife welfare initiative, Anant has moved beyond the confines of personal achievement to embrace a mission that serves the voiceless. His efforts to create a sanctuary that offers a semblance of the wild to rescued elephants, employing traditional Ayurvedic care and providing a tailored habitat, reflect a commitment to compassion over convention. 🌏❤️ Speaking with a humility that belies his lineage, Anant uses the local language, connecting deeply with his roots and the ethos of service. His vision for Vantara, detailed in the Aaj Tak interview, is not just about conservation; it's a pledge to nurture and heal. 🌿 How Urbanization is Threatening India's Traditional Knowledge of Medicinal Plants – and What We Can Do About It India has long been a cradle of medicinal plant knowledge, deeply rooted in indigenous culture and passed down through generations. But as urbanization spreads and forests shrink, we’re losing not just plant species, but vital traditional wisdom. 🌱 Today, the widespread adoption of Western medicine and the marginalization of indigenous practices are contributing to this crisis. The medicinal plants that once formed the backbone of healthcare in communities across the country are becoming scarce, and with them, a wealth of sustainable and natural healing methods. 🌍 To reverse this, a multi-level strategy is essential: Government support through initiatives like AYUSH, promoting the conservation and cultivation of medicinal plants. Educational reforms that integrate plant knowledge into school curricula and public health campaigns. Community-led medicinal gardens in urban spaces, allowing neighborhoods to grow and use herbal remedies. Sustainable harvesting practices to protect biodiversity and the future of plant-based medicine. We can revive this heritage by promoting the use of medicinal plants in homes, schools, healthcare systems, and public spaces. 🌿 Let’s act now to preserve our cultural and ecological legacy for future generations! #MedicinalPlants #Sustainability #TraditionalKnowledge #Biodiversity #HealthcareReform #AYUSH #GreenInitiatives #UrbanGardens #IndigenousCulture #EcoLiving Thankima College in Mizoram Leads the way... https://lnkd.in/g-9FntNV

Chief Policy Advisor, Climate Parliament; Retd Director General of Forests of India. Renewable Energy and Forest Conservation Enthusiast
We see unbelievable forms of cooperation among individuals. This amazing group of women is an example - they may be poor in terms of access to material resources, but their social and human capital is their real asset. Challenge is, how do we create policies that provide space for these capitals to grow for development synergy at scale and not as islands of success? Way back in 1980s, a group of dedicated villages of Palamu - one of Our India’s poorest, drought-prone districts created a Chakriya Vikas Pranali (Cyclic Sysyem of Development) to use degraded lands, abandoned by land owners as such due to naxal conflicts, in a 3-tier system of agroforestry. Results were amazing - treated lands returned massive incomes which was divided between landless labourers who cultivated the field, the absentee land owners, the village society and the people’s committee in a 30:30:30:10 ratio. That was nothing short of a social-political-economic revolution! Neotia, a landless Dalit woman in her 50s now easily stood to others and ensured that her voice is heard by all. Convinced, Government of Bihar launched Joint Forest Management in 1989 on the same benefit sharing formula. Millions of hectares of forest regenerated. (Contd.)
This Earth Day I reflected on the efforts of amaxong women I met in the the Indian state of Bihar who are cultivating the superfood morninga, for the health and wellbeing of their families and communities. I grew up eating “drumsticks” (morninga pods) but did not appreciate the medicinal and other uses of this plant!
