One question we frequently hear from our customers is: "What types of recognition programs are other customers using?" 🤔 The answer isn't straightforward because each organization is unique and has its own specific needs and goals. Our R&R platform #JobPts offers plenty of possibilities, whether it's Non-monetary or Monetary, Nominations, Celebrations, or Campaigns/Earn Points programs... In fact, there are 127 (yes, 127! 🤯) possible combinations of our recognition programs! And that's not all... Each program has its own specifics, names, goals... Each program is a universe of its own. 💫💫💫 By understanding the specifics of each program, and exploring all possible combinations, together we can craft a recognition strategy that truly resonates with your organization and culture. Whether you’re looking to boost morale, increase engagement, or celebrate achievements, we are here to support you every step of the way. #EmployeeRecognition #EmployeeEngagement #CompanyCulture #CSM

I am honored to have received the certificate of completion of NHT, a significant acknowledgment from esteemed colleagues including VP Dave Harmon and Senior Manager Sales Enablement, Waqas Nadeem. A piece of wisdom shared by Dave that struck a chord with me is, "Be comfortable being uncomfortable." It serves as a powerful reminder that stepping out of our comfort zones is integral to personal and professional growth. Ready to take on new challenges and ascend to greater heights! #PersonalGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #TeamSpirit

Do EAs really need appreciation? The answer is a resounding 'Yes'. EAs are more than intermediaries applying their heart and soul in the organization through their dedication which often is unrecognized. Yet, they maintain calm and self-motivation despite stress. Recognizing their efforts is crucial for their motivation, improving their performance and career satisfaction. During the recent IAA week, we requested feedback from managers of nominated Executive Assistants (EAs). The responses were overwhelmingly positive, revealing that while many EAs feel unappreciated, their managers highly value their contributions. This feedback underscores the strong work ethic and motivational boost for the EAs. This is manager's appreciation for Gursimran K. from her Executive Mr. Rajesh Bhandari (We would like to extend our gratitude for taking time out of your busy schedules to acknowledge her). This truly demonstrates the organization's commitment to employee growth and empowerment, fostering a supportive and appreciative work environment. You will fail and quite often that is maybe the best thing that ever happened to you!! Losing is a powerful teacher and one of the best ways to learn resilience! You are not a winner for doing what is expected. And that’s ok! Doing what is expected does not justify awards! This may be controversial but have company recognition programs gone a little too far! Do most sacrifice quality for largesse! In the effort to make people happy, potentially compensate for your own Rewards programs not delivering or an unclear or poorly articulated Employee Value Propostion are we missing the forest for the trees! Don’t get me wrong, I am all for recognition but it needs to be: - Immediate or as close to the occurrence/situation - Delivered in specificity - Sometimes just a personal note or message or conversation/thank you is enough - the Awards shouldn’t show up as currency in the mid/end year conversation - Scarcity is to be valued - Shouldn’t be gamed to spread it around Tell me if I am getting this wrong!

14 Months 20 Commendations 📢 Receiving commendations reinforces the importance of consistency, showing me that steady effort over time leads to meaningful achievements. Each commendation I earn is a reminder that staying consistent in my actions and values brings about lasting success. I view commendations as validation that consistency, even in the face of challenges, is the key to making a real difference. The commendations I receive reflect the power of consistent effort, motivating me to maintain my dedication day after day. Being recognized with commendations underscores the value of consistency, encouraging me to keep up the hard work and stay true to my goals. I’ve learned that commendations often come not from sudden bursts of brilliance, but from the steady, consistent pursuit of excellence. Every commendation I receive reminds me that consistency in my actions and mindset is what ultimately drives lasting success and fulfillment. This is how we do it in DOXA Talent 📢 #DOXAAmbassador #BrandAmbassador #DOXATalent #GreatPlaceToWork #TeamDOXA #ProudEmployee #WorkplaceExcellence #ConsistencyAtWork #ConsistencyAndCompetence
