Iv been doing daily (almost daily) Yoga for over 23 years now 🧘🏻♀️. Tomorrow being International Day of Yoga, I feel we need to talk much more about the benefits of Yoga & meditation in the business world. Apart from the obvious physical benefits and increased CAPACITY, below are the 3 C’s that Yoga continues to give me in my job, life & beyond : 🎯🎁 1)CLARITY - My morning practices boost my mental clarity & it feels like a daily inner shower that helps me see myself & the world much more clearly - aka, just the way it is. More clarity = Better vision, increased creativity, a more simple & strategic thought process. I feel like I am nothing without my morning practice. 👁🐣 2)CONNECTEDNESS - I was raised very open minded about identity, have had a global career thanks to Unilever, and married inter-faith, so I really see myself as a global citizen. But yoga takes this inclusion to the very next level. The depth of connection to nature, fellow humans & the cosmos at large is so fulfilling with many moments of deep gratitude, and helps me take a bit more mindful action & with connectedness, especially when the situation is unfavorable to me. 💜🌈 3)CONSCIOUSNESS - Most importantly Yoga continues to strengthen my Awareness Quotient.
